Joozoon creates and ships high-quality wooden wall art directly from our workshop in China. Each piece is designed to enhance your home or office space with a unique artistic touch.


2. Where is Joozoon based?

Our office and production facility are located in Guangzhou, China. We ship all orders directly from our warehouse to customers across the United States.


3. How long does shipping take?

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 7–14 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8–16 business days, depending on your location

Shipping times may vary slightly due to customs or local courier delays.


4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We provide free standard shipping on all orders, regardless of the order size or delivery location within the United States.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days and issued to the original payment method. Your bank may require additional time to post the refund.

Yes, we accept exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return period. Please email us to initiate an exchange request.


10. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.


11. Are your wall art pieces handmade?

Yes. Each piece of wall art at Joozoon is handcrafted with attention to detail using quality wood materials, offering a unique and modern look for interior spaces.


12. How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Use this tracking number to follow the status of your delivery online.


13. Do you offer custom or personalized designs?

At this time, we primarily offer ready-made designs. For bulk or custom design inquiries, feel free to contact our support team.


14. Can I update or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and request.
