Return & Refund Policy

At Joozoon, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in crafting and delivering high-quality wooden wall art. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund policy to ensure your shopping experience remains worry-free.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • A proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@joozoon.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to mail the item back to our fulfillment center.

  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival
    • If the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged, Joozoon will cover the return shipping costs

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return period. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly send a replacement after verifying the issue.

To request an exchange, email us at support@joozoon.com with photos of the product (if defective or incorrect), and we will assist you promptly.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and either send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and safety standards, the following types of items are non-returnable:

  • Items that are used or not in their original condition
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Custom or personalized artwork (unless defective or damaged)

You will be provided with a return shipping address upon approval of your return request. Do not return items without prior authorization.
